Customization and integrations outside of standard onboarding configuration and in-dashboard self-service customization features is available, but subject to separate quotes and fees depending on the scope.
Account
1 account can be a team, company, or organization with unlimited user seats.
Parent Account
The admin account that comes with the base subscription. - add and manage child accounts
Child Account
A child account is a sub-organization / customer account for which parent account admin's can access and manage.
Devices Managed
this is devices managed per month for an account. If you are not utilizing the Account Mgmt feature set, "managed" = estimated avg. of devices transacted/collected/shipped per month.
Child Account WorkflowA workflow is a pre-defined automation of device circularity processes for logistics, communication, tracking, and more. You may want 1 workflow for the on-demand deployment of devices to newly onboarded employees, and a 2nd workflow for retired devices retrieved from remote device users and automatically routed directly to an integrated service provider such as an IT Asset Disposition vendor.
End-user auto-communication
Within a workflow, you have the option to customize automated, scheduled end-user communication (email and/or SMS messaging ) to device users for events such as confirming device, contact, and address information and reminder notifications for returning devices.
Per-device Shipped
Each time there is a shipment created for a device such as in the case of deployment, replacement, retrieval, repair, and recycle.
Standard onboarding
We assist with onboarding, such as creating the first workflows, branding, adding initial user accounts, providing direction/training, and assistance with API integrations ( using our existing API endpoints and webhooks )
non-standard, custom development / integrations
If there is an ask for custom features/development that is not included as part of standard onboarding such as API endpoint creation or modifications in addition to what already exists. This may also include any assistance with customer-end tools as it relates to integrating with Evercycle.
